FIRST, CHECK INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY HERE!
Lollies Lactation uses TLN to bill BCBS and United Healthcare through The Lactation Network. Lollies Lactation is in-network with Aetna, Cigna and Medcost and will file these for you, but sometimes a co-pay or balance is required after filing the claim. Our billing specialist will reach out to you if you have a balance due.
If you are wanting to be seen within 2 business days, please select 'urgent/emergent' when submitting your request.
You must be approved through The Lactation Network PRIOR to your appointment for your visit to be covered.
If your insurance covers your visit - your in-office visit is free to you. If you choose to do a home visit - a $50 travel fee is still required.
Lollies Lactation strongly believes that everyone should have access to quality lactation support. If you are experiencing financial hardship, we reserve a set number of appointments per month at a reduced rate. Inquire within if you could use some assistance.
IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS
Initial Lactation Consultation
Includes thorough history, assessment (mom and infant), feeding observation, weighted feed and goal setting. A feeding plan, suggestions and recommendations will also be made during the visit.
Follow Up Lactation Visit
Follow-up visit will include the same components of initial visit, just in a shorter time frame. We will discuss what has changed since I last visited, progress or limitations, and tweak the original plan as needed to help make you successful.
Whether you have attended Breastfeeding 101 and want a refresh or are looking to dive deeper into your lactation specific goals, a prenatal consultation will give you one on one support for your upcoming bundle of joy.

IN-HOME VISITS
In-home visits are not instantly bookable and require a $50 travel fee that is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
